With (in)SPYR there’s no need to track down and copy raw HTML code into a text widget and then toil over your editing in hopes that you can somehow make it look as good as the demo. Configuration is made easy with our custom (in)SPYR widgets, even if you’re one to avoid HTML like the plague.
Did you notice that fancy subscribe box right up top on the homepage? Well setting it up is a breeze. You simply drag the (in)SPYR Subscribe widget over to your (in)SPYR Subscribe Area, enter your Title, Content, Privacy Note and then copy 3 values from the subscribe form that’s supplied by your newsletter provider.
Custom designed subscribe forms have never been so easy.
And to add to the awesome, the (in)SPYR Subscribe widget not only shows up front and center on your homepage, but when used in the (in)SPYR Subscribe Area, it also automagically appears at the top of your sidebar on interior pages. No need to stress about managing multiple widgets, (in)SPYR Subscribe’s got yo back.
Adding the awesome (and responsive!) FlexSlider to your homepage, is a piece of cake. First you create your slides using the (in)SPYR Slide custom post type, entering a Title, URL to Link To (optional), Excerpt (optional) and attaching a feature image. Then once you’re finished you simply drag the (in)SPYR FlexSlider widget to the (in)SPYR Slider Area and you’re done.
The (in)SPYR theme is currently the only Genesis child theme equipped with a responsive slider.
